Call Tracking and Recording - Compatible Devices?

Modified on Fri, 20 Oct 2023 at 02:26 PM

CRATIO's Call Tracking app seamlessly syncs call recordings. It's compatible with Android phones that support call recording by default.

After each call, CRATIO automatically accesses the recording folder on your device to sync the files.

However, please note that some phones lack built-in call recording, and on certain devices, the recording folder may not be accessible to other apps (e.g., some MI and Realme phones). In such cases, we won't be able to sync the recordings.

We've compiled a list of supported devices for your reference.
