How to clear cookies in Chrome Browser ?

Sometimes, the browser may have old cache & due to that we may experience some kind of missing options. 

To get the latest changes, we need to clear your current browser cache, and cookies data for our CRM.

Please follow the steps to do.

  • Login into Cratio CRM
  • Click the lock icon in the browser URL section

  • Click on Cookies and site data

  • Click Manage cookies and site data

  • Click the DELETE icon on both &
  • Click Done button

  • Click the Reload button

  • Now login again & then verify the same.
