SMS Settings - Smart Sending

Smart Sending is another important factor in delivering SMS to customers. It prevents sending SMS to the customers very often. If the customer is receiving the SMS continuously, then it leads to turning around for a bad impression.

For example, the system shouldn't send SMS to the same customer within 6 hours.

It means the system will send the SMS to the customer & make a note of it. If any situation happens to deliver another SMS within 6 hours for the same customer, then the system will not send the SMS to the customer & marked it as failed with the reason of "SMS Sending Failed due to Smart Sending Restrictions"

To configure Smart Sending, please follow the steps.

  • Click “User Icon” which is in the right top corner of the application.

  • Select “Settings” from the list

  • Click “SMS Settings”

  • Click “Smart Sending”

  • Configure the hours as you needed

  • Click “Save Settings”
