SMS Settings - Quiet Hours

Modified on Tue, 19 Jan 2021 at 10:56 PM

Even though the customer opt-in for SMS, we shouldn't disturb them by sending SMS in their sleeping time. Right?

No Worries!

Quiet Hours define a period during which no messages will be sent to the customers from the system. Time is configured using a 24-hour clock. For example, to prevent sending messages between 8 pm and 8 am, define the period as between 20:00 and 08:00.

The messages scheduled in those periods will be delivered after quiet hours. In our example, the messages will be delivered after 8 am.

To configure Quiet Hours, please follow the steps.

  1. Click “User Icon” which is in the right top corner of the application.

  2. Select “Settings” from the list

  3. Click “SMS Settings”

  4. By default, you will be landed to Quiet Hours settings

  5. Change the status into “Enable”

  6. Configure the timings as you needed

  7. Click “Save Settings”
