Click “Automations”
Click "Workflows"
Choose any automation in which you want to use this segment
Click “+” icon in the flow
Click “Action”
Choose “Modify people tag” from the drop down
Use "Apply tag(s) to add new tags for the people
Use "Remove tag(s) to remove any tag from the people
Click “Update”
Click “Save and Exit”
