1. Click “Automations”

  2. Click “Workflows”

  3. Choose any automation in which you want to use this segment



  1. Click “+” icon



  1. Click “Define your trigger…” box 



  1. Choose either “Added to segment” or “Belongs to segment”

    1. Difference between “Added to segment & Belongs to segment”

      1. Added to segment - This flow will be executed when a new audience is adding with the segment further

      2. Belongs to segment - This flow will be executed for all the audience who already in the segment

      3. Simply, “Belongs to segment” is for past audiences & “Added to segment” is for future audiences.

  2. Choose the segment from the list “Which Segment?”

  3. Click “Update”



  1. Click “Save and Exit”
