Click “Audience”
Click “Segments”
Click “Create New Segment”
Enter the name of the segment
Enter the detailed description of the segment
Click “Conditions / Next”
Form your own condition to filter the audience based on tags, segments, created date, email interactions, sms interactions, etc.,
Click “Save and Exit”
Now the segment is created & the system will link the audience with this segment whenever the condition is satisfied.
